Starting Therapy

I typically speak to a person directly on the phone prior to making an appointment. During the conversation, I will probably ask a few questions so that I can get a sense of your current situation and needs. I can also answer questions and discuss payment issues. Depending on your interest and circumstances, individual, couples or group therapy might be the right choice for you.
